QHSE Policy

The Management Policy has an appropriate structure for the establishment and critical review of Quality Objectives. At WEGA MARINE, our management policy is to provide services using cutting-edge technology and continuous training for our employees, with the goal of achieving excellence in quality and personalized service for each client, while respecting the environment and the safety of our staff. Based on this, we operate under the following principles:

Value-Added Services

Although we are a commercial company, our focus on adding value to our products leads us to create certain controls and procedures that enhance the quality of services for our clients, particularly in the management of food supplies on board vessels, as follows:

As part of our provisioning procedure, we always provide a list of product expiration dates for better inventory management by the crew and conduct a delivery evaluation with assessment criteria for quality, packaging, storage, and validity. Both documents must be signed by the ship’s chef and captain for our control and for submission to our clients’ offices.

Additionally, for our deliveries, we have an in-house team of nutritionists who provide, at no cost to our clients, training on good food handling practices, food safety, and balanced nutrition. We also perform storage checklists and provide menu suggestions upon request.
